What to Expect
Your day starts with your crew, your route, and everything you need already loaded up. You'll head out to residential and commercial properties across Murrieta, Temecula, Menifee, and the surrounding area — cleaning windows, solar panels, pressure washing, or handling screen repairs depending on your team's schedule.
The work is physical and outdoors, which means every day is a little different. You're not stuck behind a desk or doing the same thing on repeat. You're out in the community, seeing real results from your work, and wrapping up each day knowing you did something people genuinely appreciate.
We're looking for people who are reliable, coachable, and not afraid of hard work. If you show up with a good attitude and a willingness to learn, we'll handle the rest. This is a place where effort gets noticed and good people stick around for the long haul.
